Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") set forth the conditions for using the services provided by LT Room (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). All users of the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships concerning the use of the Service between the User and the Service.

Article 2 (Prohibited Acts)

When using the Service, the User shall not engage in any of the following acts:

  • Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
  • Acts related to criminal behavior
  • Acts that destroy or interfere with the functionality of the Service's servers or network
  • Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
  • Acts of collecting or accumulating personal information concerning other Users
  • Acts of impersonating other Users
  • Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in relation to the Service
  • Other acts that the Service deems inappropriate

Article 3 (Suspension of Provision of the Service)

The Service may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User if the Service determines that any of the following reasons exists:

  • When performing maintenance, inspection, or updating of computer systems related to the Service
  • When it becomes difficult to provide the Service due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning strikes, fires, power outages, or natural disasters
  • When computers or communication lines, etc. stop due to an accident
  • When the Service determines that it is otherwise difficult to provide the Service

The Service shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by the User or a third party due to the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 4 (Restriction of Use and Cancellation of Registration)

The Service may restrict the User from using all or part of the Service, or cancel the User's registration, without prior notice, if the User falls under any of the following:

  • If any of the provisions of these Terms are violated
  • If the Service determines that the use of the Service by the User is otherwise inappropriate

The Service shall not be liable for any damage caused to the User by actions taken by the Service based on this Article.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Service does not explicitly or implicitly warrant that the Service is free from factual or legal defects (including defects, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights relating to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, etc.). The Service assumes no responsibility whatsoever for any damages incurred by the User arising out of or in connection with the Service.

Article 6 (Changes to Service Contents, etc.)

The Service may change the contents of the Service or suspend the provision of the Service without notifying the User, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result.

Article 7 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Service may change these Terms at any time without notifying the User if deemed necessary.
